Sharpal, a leading manufacturer of professional and patented multifunction knife and tool sharpeners, has been passionately researching and developing quality products for more than 25 years. The company provides consumers with an easy and cost-effective way to obtain a sharp edge, catering to the outdoor and sports, garden and workshop, and culinary and kitchen industries.
The SHARPAL 191H Pocket Kitchen Chef Knife & Scissors Sharpener is a multi-function suction cup sharpener featuring tungsten carbide blades for quick edge setting and ceramic blades for fine honing. It also includes a specially designed tungsten carbide blade to sharpen scissors quickly and easily. The sharpener has a preset optimal sharpening angle and a high-quality rubber base that provides powerful suction, allowing for safer one-handed use.
The sharpener's key features include a multifunction 3-slot design, with the No. 1 V-Notch slot for quickly sharpening and repairing dull or damaged knife blades, and the No. 2 V-Notch slot for finely honing, polishing, and removing burrs from already sharp knives. The serrated knife can only be sharpened in the ceramic slot.
The sharpener is made with premium abrasive material that has been tested 10,000 times, ensuring no breaks in the sharpening material. Its compact size, with a diameter of 2.75 inches and a height of 2.32 inches, allows for convenient storage.
The SHARPAL 191H can sharpen a wide range of knives, including household and kitchen straight-edge knives, outdoor and sporting straight-edge knives, and serrated knives. It can also sharpen scissors, excluding sewing scissors.
Using the sharpener is straightforward. The suction cup switch on the back can be pressed to firmly attach the sharpener to a table, and the switch can be pulled up to separate it from the table. To sharpen a standard knife, the blade should be inserted fully and vertically into the appropriate sharpening slot at a 90-degree angle, and the knife should be pulled from heel to tip in the direction of the indicator arrows. For scissors, the beveled side of the blade should be fully leaned against the carbide blade, and the scissors should be drawn from hinge to tip.
Sharpal, headquartered in California, USA, with overseas branches in Germany and Australia, is committed to providing consumers with an easy and cost-effective way to obtain a sharp edge. The company's products are manufactured and field-tested to the highest standards, with a 3-year commitment and superior after-sales service.
